Peer Review Process

The Journal of Management Research is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical conduct in its publication process. As a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), we adhere to the principles of transparency, accountability, and fairness in our editorial and review processes.

The journal employs a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure unbiased and objective evaluations. This approach enables us to maintain the integrity of the review process and ensure that manuscripts are assessed solely on their academic merit.

Our review process involves the following steps:

  • Initial screening: The editorial team reviews submitted manuscripts to ensure they align with the journal's scope and meet the basic criteria for publication.
  • Peer review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field of management research.
  • Review and revision: Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement, which are then communicated to the authors. Authors are given the opportunity to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on the feedback received.
  • Final decision: The editorial team makes a final decision on manuscript acceptance, rejection, or revision based on the reviewers' recommendations and the authors' revisions.
